摘要 随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,新的微生物检验技术和方法被广泛的研究和应用.近年来经过国内外学者不断努力,已创建不少快速、简便、特异、敏感、低耗和适用的微生物检验技术和方法,尤其是利用分子生物学技术,以核酸生物化学为基础的聚合酶链反应、核酸探针、生物芯片等技术和方法尤为突出.本文就相关分子生物学技术在微生物检验中的最新应用研究进展进行综述. The new techniques and methods of microbiological examination have been widely studied and applied with the continuous development of molecular biology technology.Through continuous efforts in recent years,scholars at home and abroad have created a lot of microbiological analaysis techniques and methods, which fast, simple, specific, sensitive, low power and applicable.For example, polymerase chain reaction based on biochemistry of nucleic acids, nucleic acid probes, bio-chip technologies. In this paper, the latest research progress of the application of related molecular biology techniques in microbiological examination are reviewed.
