By implementing a ＂Five Threes＂ management model, the plane wireless dispatching system runs in good condition, and the maintenance and management personnel for the plane wireless dispatching system in different grade work with rigorous, efficient and pragmatic attitude, so that the basic works of equipment management is perfected. The equipment reliability has been improved to ensure the stable operation of the equipment, and scientific cost control for repairing and spare parts have been realized to reduce the cost.
