成骨细胞在造血微环境中的作用

摘要 造血干细胞(HSC)具有自我更新能力并且能够发育成各系血细胞。这一过程只有在特定的骨髓微环境中才能完成,早在1978年Sehofield[1]就提出龛的概念来定义骨髓中适宜HSC生存的特定微环境结构。该假说认为HSC定位于骨髓特定的三维环境内,以维持其自我更新的特点,而一旦离开龛,HSC在基质细胞和各种细胞因子作用下进入增殖和分化状态,分化发育为各种成熟血细胞。
