摘要
目的:分析探讨弥可保片联合中药辨证实施林和治疗周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的共64例周围神经病变患者,平均分成两组,分别为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组给予弥可保片治疗,500ug/次,3次/d,观察组给予与对照组相同剂量的弥可保片后加以中药辨证实施林和治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗后采用神经电生理检查,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:弥可保片联合中药辨证治疗周围神经病变的临床效果较好,可以减缓各种疾病引起的周围神经病变,有效缓解临床症状,改善患者微循环障碍,从而改善周围神经供血功能,修复受损的周围神经,且与西药联合运用并无并发症,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Mecobalamin combined with TCM treatment on differentiation of symptoms and signs on treating peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 in each group. The control group was given Mecobalamin 500ug a time, three times a day, while the treated group was given TCM treatment more on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Mecobalamin combined with TCM treatment on differentiation of symptoms and signs was significantly effective on treating peripheral neuropathy.
