摘要
目的:探讨颅内动脉瘤的早期手术治疗。方法:回顾分析了笔者所在科2010年8月-2012年7月早期手术治疗27例颅内动脉瘤的临床资料。结果:27例患者累计处理32个动脉瘤,出院时按GOS预后评分:Ⅴ级23例,Ⅳ级3例,术中动脉瘤破裂死亡1例。结论:早期手术能有效的避免颅内动脉瘤再出血和延迟性脑血管痉挛,早期手术的困难通过娴熟的显微外科手术技巧能克服。
Objective： To investigate early microsurgery management of intracranial aneurysm.Methods： To review retrospectively the data of 27 inpatients who underwent early microsurgery clipping intracranial aneurysm from August 2010 to July 2012.Results： 32 aneurysms were clipped in all 27 inpatients.According to GOS standard, 23 patients had a good outcome, 3 patients had a moderate disability, 1 patient died inoperative for aneurysm rerupturing. Conclusion： Intracranial aneurysm rerupturing and DCVS can be avoided by early microsurgery clipping, whose difficulties can be overcome by skillful early microsurgery techniques
