摘要
为确保农村建设用地复垦潜力释放最大化以及合理的安排农村居民点复垦工作,以重庆市为例,根据重庆市土地利用变更数据及人口数据,采用人均建设用地标准法和综合修正系数法,测算出2020年重庆市农村居民点复垦的理论潜力和现实潜力,在此基础上对理论潜力和现实潜力测算结果进行了详细对比分析,并对重庆市农村居民点复垦的推进提出了科学合理地安排复垦工程时序、提高政府投资力度、加大宣传力度等对策建议.
In order to ensure the maximum potential of rural construction land reclamation release and rea-sonable arrangement of rural residential land reclamation work. Taking Chongqing as an example, depen-ding on the detailed survey data of land use and population data, this paper predict the theoretical reclama-tion potential of rural residential land in the method of ＂land targets per capita＂ and measure reclamation realistic potential of rural residential land of Chongqing city in the method of comprehensive correction in- dexes in 2020. According to above result, Contrast and analysis in detail towards the result of reclamation theoretical potential of rural residential land and the result of reclamation realistic potential. For more sci- entifically and more reasonably to promote rural residential land reclamation of Chongqing city, Finally, it gives some proposals to promote the further development of rural residential land reclamation of Chongqing city according to comparative analysis of the results of the potential： first, Scientific and reasonable ar-rangement of land reclamation project timing; second, 1 Increasing government investment; and, third, Enhance propaganda.
