摘要
为提高蚕茧加工业总体的机械化水平,解放农村劳动力,设计了一款能够自动排列切削分离蚕茧的装置,包括机械执行系统和自动控制系统.该装置可整齐地排列输送蚕茧,并根据蚕茧的尺寸自动调节切削刀片的位置,使切削位置均匀一致且不损伤蚕蛹.自动控制系统采用单片机对步进电动机和电磁铁进行控制.此外,单片机和各传感器的配合使整个控制形成闭环系统,从而保证了装置作业的可靠度.设计的目标是实现对蚕茧的整齐排列、自动切削分离等操作.
To enhance the mechanization level of cocoon processing industry and emancipate rural labor force, the equipment, including a mechanical execution module and an automatic control module, is de-signed for automatically arranging and cutting silkworm cocoons. To make the cutting position uniform without injuring the pupa,the device puts the cocoon in order and adjusts the cutting blade according to the size of the cocoon. The system controls the stepping motor and electromagnet with a mieroeontroller. Be sides, a closed loop control system is formed by the microcontroller and the sensors so as to ensure the op eration reliability of the device. The aim of this design is to arrange and separate silkworm cocoons.
