摘要
电化学方法主要以电子为试剂,具有环境兼容性和友好性的特点,引起了人们的广泛关注.以IrO2-Ta2O5-TiO2/Ti为阳极,钛板为阴极,采用正交试验法考察了极板间距,初始浓度,填充粒子比和支持电解质等影响因素对六硝基生产废水的脱色效果,确定了最佳脱色效果的实验条件:在恒压源8V下,极板间距0.5cm,初始浓度12 480mg.L-1,绝缘粒子与活性炭粒子质量比1∶3,支持电解质0.15g时,电解4h后废水色度的去除率可达到98%.
The electrochemical method had attracted a great deal of attention,because of their environmental compatibility and versatility.In fact,the main reagent used in electrochemical oxidation of organics was electron.The experiment of decoloration of HNS production wastewater was carried out using IrO2-Ta2O5-TiO2/Ti as anode and Ti as cathode.The influence factors such as the distance of electrodes,the initial concentration,particles filling rate and supporting electrolyte were investigated based on the orthogonal experiment and the optimum conditions were discussed.The results shows that 98% of color removal efficiency of HNS production wastewater is obtained at the voltage of 8 V,the distance of electrodes of 0.5 cm,the initial concentration of 12 480 mg·L-1,the quality ratio of insulating particles to active carbon of 1∶3,the quality of the supporting electrolyte of 0.15 g,reaction time of 4 h,respectively.
