摘要
该研究从重庆市三所高职院校抽取部分教师进行问卷调查,研究高职教师的职业倦怠问题。研究结果表明,高职教师普遍存在职业倦怠现象,性别、教龄、婚姻状况、职称、教学工作量都是影响高职教师职业倦怠的变量,这些变量对高职教师职业倦怠的影响存在明显的差异。
The study makes a questionnaire survey for some teachers from three higher vocational colleges in Chongqing, research teachers burnout problems in higher vocational colleges. The results showing that job burnout is an widespread phenomenon in higher vocational colleges. Gender, teaching age,marital status, professional titles, teaching workload are the variables that affect the job burnout of higher vocational teachers. The impact of these variables on higher vocational teachers' job burnout, are obvious difference.
