摘要
基于羊毛衫的起毛起球机理,利用多元回归分析的方法研究纱线形态结构对羊毛衫起毛起球性能的影响。建立了纱线线密度不匀率、毛羽(>5mm)指数和捻系数与纬平织物的起毛起球数、厚度和克质量变化率间的数学模型,并利用统一目标法建立了纱线形态结构对纬平织物起毛起球性能影响的定量评价体系。结果表明:纬平织物的起毛起球性能受纱线线密度不匀率、毛羽指数和捻系数的影响显著,由线密度不匀率和毛羽指数小、捻系数适中的纱线编织而成的织物的抗起毛起球性能较好。
Based on the anti-pilling mechanism of knitted cardigan, the paper sets up a kind of mathematical model between irregularity of the yarn fineness, yarn hairiness index, twist multiplier and the pilling numbers, thickness, and the density change rate of fabrics by using the multiple regression analysis method. In addition, one quantitative evaluation syslem is established with unification-object method, which can be used for analyzing the influencing effects of the yarn structure on pilling properties of plain knitted fabric. The results show that irregularity of the yarn fineness, yarn hairiness index, twist multiplier are the three major influencing factors for the pilling properties of jersey fabric. And it also indicates that the fabric produced by yarns with low irregularity of the yarn fineness and hairiness index, moderate twist multiplier factors has good anti-pilling properties.
