铜锌硫化矿浮选分离过程及动力学分析 被引量:16

摘要 通过纯矿物浮选动力学试验,研究了黄铜矿与闪锌矿在捕收剂QP-02体系中的浮选动力学行为。研究表明,黄铜矿、闪锌矿在合适的矿浆体系中,浮选速度差异较明显,可以利用其浮选速度的差异结合流程结构优化实现铜锌高效分离。根据动力学研究结果对江西某铜锌硫化矿石采用部分黄铜矿快速浮选、铜粗精矿再磨、铜精选尾矿选锌的工艺方案开展了试验研究,结果表明,采用该分离技术,铜锌分离效果明显,获得了铜品位为26.74%、回收率为90.80%的铜精矿和锌品位为45.20%、回收率为81.57%的锌精矿。 With QP-02 as the collector, flotation kinetics of artificial chalcopyrite and sphalerite has been investigated. The result shows that, in a well-conditioned pulp, the flotation of chalcopyrite is significantly faster than that of sphalerite, which can be utilized in coordination with the optimization of flowsheet structure to actualize the Cu/Zn separation. Based on this study, and Zn-flotation from techniques including partial flash flotation of chalcopyrite, regrinding of copper rough concentrate, tailings of Cu-cleaning, were adopted to treat a Cu-Zn sulfide ore from Jiangxi, and a copper concentrate with Cu grade of 26.74% and recovery of 90.80%, and a zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 45.20% and recovery of 81.57%, can be prepared, showing that the Cu/Zn separation is efficient with this technique.
