摘要
目的:观察RECK和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达,探讨RECK、MMP-9与非小细胞肺癌发生、发展及转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测45例非小细胞肺癌组织标本、30例正常肺组织中RECK、MMP-9蛋白因子的表达情况。结果:RECK在非小细胞肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为53.3%,低于在正常肺组织的阳性表达;MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌的阳性表达率为80%,明显高于在正常肺组织中的阳性表达。RECK的表达与肺癌分化程度及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),MMP-9的表达与肺癌淋巴结转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05),RECK、MMP-9的表达之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.356,P<0.05)。结论:RECK与MMP-9在NSCLC的发展、转移过程中起重要的作用,RECK和MMP-9的联合检测有待成为非小细胞肺癌早期诊断和预后判断的分子指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of RECK, matrix metallopro- teinase--9 (MMP--9) protein in the tissue of non--small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and their correlations with the occurrence, development and metastasis of non--small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: The expres- sions of RECK and MMP--9 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 45 cases of NSCLC and 30 cases of normal lung tissues. Results: The positive expression of RECK in non--small cell lung cancer tissues was 53.3%, lower than the positive expression in normal lung tissues; the positive expression of MMP-9 in non--small cell lung cancer rate was 80%, significantly higher than the positive expression in normal lung tis- sues. RECK expression level was positively correlated with the differentiation degree of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05) and MMP- 9 was with lung cancer lymph node metastasis and TNM (P 〈 0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the expression of RECK, MMP-9 in lung cancer. (r =- 0. 356,P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:RECK and MMP-9 may play important roles in the development of NSCLC and metastasis. The combined detection of RECK and MMP-9 is to become one of the molecular indi- cators for early diagnosis and prognosis of non--smaU cell lung cancer
