近晶相液晶彩色显示用着色剂(Ⅰ)——烷氧基苯氨基蒽醌衍生物的合成与性能 被引量:1

摘要 氨基蒽醌与4-溴苯烷基醚在硝基苯中以Cu/CuCl为催化剂,经Ullmann反应得到了8个烷氧基苯氨基蒽醌衍生物,产物通过核磁共振和质谱进行结构表征。将产物作为一种着色剂添加到特定的近晶相液晶中,测定其在后者中的溶解性、储存稳定性以及在液晶显示装置中处于遮盖(磨砂)或透明(清空)状态时的透光度和驱动速度。结果表明,这8个化合物在近晶相液晶中的溶解性都很好,遮盖(磨砂)与透明(清空)状态时的透光度比值也足够大,同时具有响应速度快的特点,可满足近晶相液晶彩色显示的要求。 Eight alkoxy-phenylaminoanthraquinone derivatives were synthesized via Ullmann condensation reaction of aminoanthraquinones and 4 bromoalkoxybenzene in nilrobenzene using Cu/CuCl as a catalyst. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and mass spetrometry. They were added into a specific smectic phase liquid crystal as a colorant, respectively, and their solubility, store stability and the transmittances in haze and transparent states as well as driving speed in the liquid crystal were measured. The results indicate that they have good solubilities in the smectic phase liquid crystal, with fast driving speed and the larger contrasts of the transmittances in both haze and transparent states, implying that they could meet the requirements for color display in the smectic phase liquid crystal.
