摘要
通过分析常减压蒸馏真空系统的参数特点,在某石化公司常减压蒸馏改造项目中,对两种液环泵方案进行分析比较,最终选择串联工作方案。串联机组中两台液环泵,均能运行于高效区,机组性能稳定,运行可靠,节能效果显著,经济效益良好。
Based on the analysis of the parameters of vacuum and atmospheric distillation system, two application schemes for liquid ring pump used in one vacuum and atmospheric distillation plant were compared. The serial scheme was selected. In this scheme, two pumps can be operated in high efficiency. Besides, the performance of the machine unit is steady and reliable, the effect of energy saving is remarkable and economic benefit can be obtained.
