研发人员的缓压模型:工作复杂性与成就目标导向的匹配

摘要 如何有效缓解研发人员工作压力已成为组织行为学者和人力资源管理实践者共同关注的问题。本文基于压力的认知评价理论、成就目标导向理论,构建并检验研发人员的缓压模型。研究发现,高工作复杂性与趋近目标导向匹配,与其他情况相比,员工工作压力最低。
