摘要
电极做高速抬刀运动能显著提高电火花加工的效率和稳定性。为探究高速抬刀窄槽电火花加工性能,分别采用5 m/min和36 m/min的抬刀速度进行了深窄槽加工实验,比较了两者的加工性能,对比分析了石墨和紫铜两种电极材料的加工效果及其损耗模式。
High speed electrode jump motion can significantly improve the machining efficiency and stability of electrical discharge machining. To investigate its effect on deep narrow slot machining, a series of experiments with jump speed 5 m/min and 36 m/min were carried out respectively, and their influence on machining performance is compared. Different machining results achieved with graphite and copper electrodes and the corresponding electrode wear were analyzed.
