摘要
目的:探讨穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的选穴规律。方法:电子检索中国知网(CNKI,1979～2012年)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP,1989～2012年)、中国生物医学光盘数据库(CBM,1979～2012年)、PUBMED(1966～2012年)中穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的文献,分析总结穴位埋线对其治疗时的选穴规律。结果:纳入61篇文献中,穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖辨病结合辨证选穴占45.90%(28/61)、辨病选穴占44.26%(27/61)、辨证选穴占9.84%(6/61);出现频次较高的穴位有天枢(53/61,86.89%)、中脘(44/61,72.13%)、丰隆(31/61,50.82%)、大横(27/61,44.26%)、气海(26/61,42.62%)、关元(21/61,34.43%)、水分(20/61,32.79%)、足三里(16/61,26.23%)、三阴交(15/61,24.59%);文献中选穴涉及的经脉共有11条,从高到低依次为胃经、任脉、脾经、膀胱经、胆经、大肠经、肝经、三焦经、心包经、肾经、督脉,使用腧穴最广泛、频次最多的经脉有胃经、任脉、脾经、膀胱经。结论:穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖以辨病结合辨证选穴、辨病选穴较为常见,其中以辨病结合辨证选穴稍多;常用穴位为天枢、中脘、丰隆、大横、气海、关元、水分、足三里,其中以天枢、中脘、丰隆尤为常用;穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的用穴多数集中在胃经、任脉、脾经、膀胱经上。
Objective：To explore the acupoint selection rule of catgut implantation for simple obesity. Meth- ods： We searched the literatures related to simple obesity treated by catgut implantation in CNKI （1979 2012 ）, VIP（ 1989 - 2012 ）, CBM （ 1979 - 2012 ）, PUBMED （ 1966 - 2012 ）, summarized the acupoint selection rule in simple obesity by catgut implantation. Results： In the collected 61 articles, the percentage of acupunc- ture points selection method by differentiation of disease combined with syndrome differentiation was 45.90% （28/61）, differentiation of disease was 44.26% （27/61）, syndrome differentiation was 9.84% （6/61） ; The main acupuncture points chose in the 61 articles in the frequency order were Tianshu （ ST - 25.53/61, 86.89% ）, Zhongwan （ RN - 12.44/61,72.13 % ）, Fenglong（ ST - 40.31/61,50.82% ）, Daheng （ SP - 15.27/ 61,44.26% ）, Qihai （ RN - 6.26/61,42.62% ）, Guanyuan （ RN - 4.21/61,34.43% ）, Shuifen （ RN - 9.20/ 61,32.79% ）, Zusanli （ ST - 36.16/61,26.23% ） and Sanyinjiao （ SP - 6.15/61,24.59% ）. The literatures selected acupoints involved a total of 11 meridians descending order of Stomach, Ren, Spleen, Bladder, Gall- bladder, Large Intestine, Liver, Sanjiao, Pericardium, Kindey and Du meridian. The most widely used and most frequently, the meridians were the Stomach, Ren, Spleen, Bladder. Conclusion：In treating simple obesi- ty by catgut implantation, acupuncture points selection by differentiation of disease combined with syndrome dif- ferentiation and disease differentiation were the common methods, especially for differentiation of disease combined with syndrome differentiation. The common acupuncture points applied in simple obesity were Tianshu （ ST - 25 ）, Zhongwan （ RN - 12 ）, Fenglong （ ST - 40）, Daheng （ SP - 15 ）, Qihai （ RN - 6 ）, Guanyuan （ RN - 4）, Shuifen （ RN - 9 ）, and Zusanli （ ST - 36 ）, among them with Tianshu （ ST - 25 ）, Zhongwan （ RN - 12 ）, Fen- glong（ST-40）, are particularly common. Catgut implantation for treatment of simple obesity with selection of acupoints mostly concentrates in the Stomach, Ren, Spleen and Bladder meridian.
