摘要
与其他轴承相比较,可倾瓦轴承具有每块瓦均可自由摆动的主要优点;因此,在现代石化企业中,可倾瓦轴承在汽轮机和压缩机等高速旋转机械中得到了广泛的应用。本文详细介绍了影响可倾瓦性能的主要因素,重点对可倾瓦轴承的故障机理进行了分析,总结了可倾瓦轴承的失效模式,并从可倾瓦轴承的故障机理及失效模式入手,根据轴承发生故障的信息,逐层分析,并绘制其故障树模型。该方法主要目的是根据故障树模型,采取有效的防范措施,以防止同类事故再次发生。
Compared with other bearing, the advantage of every tile of bearing is free-swinging, tilting-pad bearing has been widely used in the steam turbine, compressor, and other high-speed rotating machinery in the modern petrochemical enterprises. The paper introduced the main factors which influence the tilting-pad performance, analyzed the tilting-pad bearing fault mechanism, and concluded tilting-pad bearing failure modes. The paper also began from the tilting-pad bearing fault mechanism and failure modes, then, drew the fault tree model according to the failure information of the bearing and layer-by-layer analysis. The main purpose of this method is preventing similar accident happen again by taking effective measures.
