不同浓度补钾治疗重度低钾血症的效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨不同浓度补钾液治疗重度低钾血症的临床疗效和安全评价。方法:采用中心静脉置管微量泵进行高浓度补钾,根据补钾液浓度不同分成两组,A组20例,采用2%氯化钾溶液;B组25例,采用10%氯化钾溶液原液;两组患者均以氯化钾1g/h匀速泵入,观察两组血清钾≥4.0mmol/L时所需补钾总量、所需液体总量、补钾时间及安全性(高钾血症及恶性心律失常发生例数)。结果:两组患者达到目标血清钾所需的氯化钾总量和补钾时间无统计学差异P>0.05,两组患者补钾期间均无高钾血症及恶性心律失常发生。结论:两组患者均为高浓度补钾,补钾液浓度相差5倍,由于速度未超过传统的20mmol/h其安全性较高,治疗效果明显。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intravenous infusion of potassium with Different Concentration in the treatment of critical hypokalem and evaluating patient safety.Methods:To use intravenous infusion of potassium in high concentration via central vein by micro-pump according to Potassium concentration of intravenous supplement.The patients are divided into two groups,20 cases in group A,treated with 2% Klorvess Liquid,20 cases in group B,treated with 10% Klorvess Liquid.The speed of potassium supplement was 1g/ h in both groups.To observe the total amount of the Potassium infusion,Potassium infusion brought amount fluid,the potassium infusion time and the safety(The incidence of hyperkalemia and malignant arrhythmia),until potassium reached normal level(≥4.0mmol/L).Results:No significant differences were found in the total amount of the Potassium infusion and the potassium infusion time between two groups(P0.05).All patients tolerated the infusion without hyperkalemia and malignant arrhythmia in this study.Conclusion:All patients tolerated the Intravenous infusion of potassium in high concentration in this study,potassium concentration is differ to five times,Due to the speed of potassium supplement is lower than 20mmol/h traditionally,so it is safety and is effective in treatment.
