摘要
分析了离心泵流量2种调节方式的功耗情况,调速控制进行流量调节优于阀门控制。并阐述了应用变频调节技术可以实现对离心泵的速度调节,实际测试结果表明,变频调节技术的节能效果明显,经济效益显著。
This paper analyzed the power consumption of 2 adjusting methods for centrifugal pumps,the control by speed regulation to make flow regulation is better than that by valve control.It also expatiated that the application of variable frequency adjustment technology can realize speed adjustment of centrifugal pump.The actual testing result showed that the energy conservation effect of variable frequency technology is significant.
