摘要
以北京地区公租房为研究对象,通过对现有政策、规范及相关建设导则的总结分析,探讨其对公租房规划与建筑设计的影响和限制,并结合调研及设计实践中的经验和体会,对部分政策及规范内容提出改进建议。
By investigation and design practice, this paper makes study on Beijing public rental housing and gives analysis of the influence and restriction of existing policies, standards and relevant construction guidelines on public rental housing planning and building design. It also makes suggestions about improving some policies and standards.
