摘要
精子形态学分析可以评估精子受精能力和自发性受孕情况,尤其是精子头、颈和尾部的全面综合分析,结合患者的生活习惯、职业、临床表现等可以为患者的生育能力做出初步的诊断。精子形态学分析亦可用于评价精液样本处理的效果。尽管卵细胞质内单精子注射(ICSI)技术、活动精子细胞器形态学检查(MSOME)技术和胞质内形态学选择精子注射(IMSI)技术的应用可以使卵母细胞在不依赖于精子形态学和/或活动率的情形下受精,在一定程度上削弱了精子形态学分析的临床应用,但精子形态学分析的标准化操作和质量控制的实施不仅可以显著提高精子形态学分析结果的准确性,并可大大促进其在临床上的应用。因此,在临床男科实验室、生殖中心、精子库和检验科开展精子形态学分析很有必要,有一定的临床应用价值。

Therefore, it is of positive necessity as well as clinical application value to perform sperm morphology analysis in andrology laboratories, reproductive centers, sperm banks and the department of laboratory medicine.
