摘要
采用氟钛酸钾和氟硼酸钾为原材料制备Al-3Ti-B合金。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等测试分析手段,研究了反应温度对Al-3Ti-B合金成分和组织的影响。结果表明,随着反应温度的增加,Ti和B的吸收率呈先增加后降低的趋势;在800℃,Ti和B的吸收率最高,分别为99%和91%;Al-3Ti-B合金中的TiAl3相呈块状和长棒状,TiB2相呈片状,尺寸小于2μm;该合金对工业纯铝具有良好细化效果,保温时间15 min时,细化效果最好。
Al-3Ti-B alloy was fabricated by K2TiF6 and KBF+. The effects of reaction temperature on the composition and microstructure of Al-3Ti-B alloy were studied by optical microscope (OM) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The results show that the attention percent of Ti and B increases first and then decreases with the increase of reaction temperature. When the reaction temperature is 800 ℃, the attention percent of Ti and B reaches the maximum value and the value is 99% and 91%, respectively. The morphology of TiA13 is block and rod, the morphology of TiB2 is disc and the size is smaller than 2 μm. The refining experiment show that Al-3Ti-B alloy has an excellent refining effect on the industrial pure Al. When the holding time is 15 rain, the refining effect is optimal.
