维吾尔族、汉族婴幼儿口腔白色念珠菌的分布与龋病相关性研究 被引量:6

Distribution of Oral Candida Albicans and its Correlation with Early Child Caries in Uyghur and Chinese Children

摘要 目的:研究乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族、汉族儿童口腔白色念珠菌的分布及与龋病的相关性。方法:通过菌斑法采集样本,利用科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基对新疆乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族、汉族3~5岁儿童389名进行口腔白色念珠菌分离培养,生化及PCR分子生物学鉴定。结果:总体样本中,汉族儿童口腔白色念珠菌检出率高于维吾尔族,分别为38.1%和24.3%。总体男性儿童口腔白色念珠菌检出率显著高于总体女性儿童,分别为40.5%和25.1%。维吾尔族和汉族儿童口腔白色念珠菌检出率均与dmft分级具有相关性(维吾尔族χ2=31.037,P=0.000,r=0.421);汉族χ2=80.454,P=0.000,r=0.497)。结论:婴幼儿口腔白色念珠菌的分布具有性别差异和维、汉民族差异,ECC组儿童较无龋组儿童口腔白色念珠菌的检出率明显增高,且随dmft分级增高呈正相关性,提示口腔白色念珠菌可能是龋病的危险因素。 Objective: To investigate the oral candida albicans distribution and early childhood caries among 3-5 year old children of Uyghur and Chinese in Urumqi,and to explore the correlative factors of early childhood caries.Method: By plaque method we collected samples of 3-5 year old children of Uyghur and Chinese in Urumqi,then Cultured and identified with CHROM agar candida medium,asserted to be candida albicans by biochemical identification and PCR.Results: The frequence of candida albicans from Chinese is higher than that of Urghur.The frequence of Candida albicans from boy is higher than that of girl.The frequence of candida albicans isolated from ECC group is higher than that of the non-caries group.The frequence of candida albicans increased with the dmft’rate.Conclusion: The oral candida albicans distribution is different in ethnic and gender side.There is a significant association between the presence of candida albicans and ECC.Candida may be one of the important cariogenic microorganisms in ECC.
