摘要 本文研究了硅酸盐水泥与阳离子乳化沥青颗粒的相互作用机理。采用Zeta电位测定仪研究不同乳化沥青/水泥比例(简称A/C比)的水泥乳化沥青浆体中水泥颗粒Zeta电位的变化规律;采用水化热测定仪研究相同胶凝材料用量不同A/C比水泥乳化沥青浆体的水化放热规律;采用SEM观察不同A/C比水泥乳化沥青浆体的微观结构。结果表明,当A/C比由0增加到0.4时,阳离子乳化沥青在水泥颗粒表面大量吸附,Zeta电位与水化放热受到明显影响,乳化沥青在水泥水化产物上有较明显的破乳成膜现象;当A/C比大于0.4时,水泥颗粒的Zeta电位与水化放热受A/C比影响不大,沥青膜覆盖水泥水化产物的面积增大。最后,本文提出了水泥与阳离子乳化沥青的相互作用模型。 The interaction mechanism between Portland cement and cationic asphalt emulsion was investigated. A Zeta potential analyzer was employed to monitor the Zeta potential variations of cement and asphalt emulsion (short for CAE) paste with different A/C ratio (asphalt emulsion/cement). The hydration heat of CAE paste with constant cement content and different A/C ratio was measured with a commercial TAM Air calorimeter, and the microstructure of CAE paste was observed by SEM. Results indicate that, when the A/C ratio increases from 0 to 0.4, the emulsion droplets show a significant absorption on the surfaces of cement grains thus influence the Zeta potential and hydration heat of CAE paste. SEM images reveal that there are obvious asphalt films on the cement hydration products. When A/C ratio is over 0.4, however, the Zeta potential and hydration heat of CAE paste are slightly influenced and the asphalt film area increases.
