摘要
在就业问题成为社会热点问题的当下,大学生的就业观念与求职意向直接关系着他们的就业。以江阴职业技术学院2012届毕业生为调查对象,通过发放调查问卷与统计数据分析,系统分析了当前高职毕业生的就业观念及求职意向方面所存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
At present, employment has become a social concern. College students' employment concepts and job intentions will determine their employment choices. Upon analysis of the questionnaires and statis- tics acquired from the 2012 graduates in Jiangyin Vocational College, the paper deals with the problems in the employment concepts and job intentions of college students and suggests some approaches.
