摘要
企业战略的实施依赖于有效的内部控制,而有效的内控机制需要集成化的信息系统和网络化的信息技术支撑。本文指出天津荣程联合钢铁集团有限公司是涉足国际贸易、园林绿化、矿业投资、煤化工、综合利用的民营企业,并以其为例,分析了基于ERP平台提升企业财务、供应链以及人力资源管理等方面的内部控制有效性的具体措施。
The implementation of enterprise strategies relies largely on effective internal control. However, the effective internal control system calls for the support of integrated information system and network information technology. The thesis analyzes the specific measures of the effectiveness of improving the internal control in enterprises based on ERP platform in different aspects, such as improving the financial management, supply chain and human resource management, etc., by taking Tianjin Rockcheck Steel Group Co. Ltd. as the example.
