摘要
武钢条材总厂一炼钢分厂的成渣工艺操作均属于钙质成渣工艺,但留渣操作的脱磷动力学和热力学条件明显优于传统单渣不留渣操作。铁质成渣工艺需要在吹炼前期保持较高的熔渣氧化性,极易喷溅。在目前一炼钢的设备条件下,留渣操作适合在武钢条材总厂一炼钢分厂使用,已被推广。
Both of the routes of slag forming are high calcium oxide route in No. 1 steel- making plant of WISCO. Because of the practice of slag remaining, the condition about dephosphorization dynamics and thermodynamics became better than the traditional op- eration. It is needed what keep higher slag oxidation in the early blowing time about irony slag forming technology, and the splash happens easily. So the practices of slag remaining should be popularized in the present conditions of steelmaking equipment.
