摘要
目的观察葛根素联合生脉注射液治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月至2011年3月期间我院收治的120例慢性收缩性心理衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组采用葛根素治疗,观察组在对照组葛根素治疗基础上再予以生脉注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的BNP及CRP,评价两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为68.3%;观察组总有效率为85.0%,两组有明显的差异性(P<0.05);两组治疗后BNP及CRP均有明显降低,但观察组下降幅度明显高于对照组,上述指标组间比较差异具有显著性(p值均<0.05)。结论葛根素联合生脉注射液治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭临床效果确切,能有效改善患者的心功能,提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy for puerafin United Shengmai injection in the treatment of chronic systolic heart failure. Meth- ods 120 patients with chronic systolic psychological failure patients from March 2010 to March 2011 in our hospital were chosen as the researeh object. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the digital random table method,and 60 patients in each group. The control group was taken with puerarin treatment,and the observation group was taken with Shengmai injection therapy on the basis of the control group with puerarin treatment The BNP and CRP before and after treatment of the two groups were compared,and the clinical outcomes of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Results The total effective rate in the control group was 68.3 % ,and the total effective rate in the observation group was 85. 0 %, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the BNP and CRP were significantly lower ,but the decline of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant （p-value〈S0. 05） in the above-mentioned group of indicators. Conclusion The clinical efficacy for puerarin United Shengrnai injection in the treatment of chronic systolic heart failure is exact,and it can effectively improve the patient＇s heart function,enhance the qua/ity of life of patients.
