摘要 本文研究了25CrMnMo钢渗硼层高温磨损特性。结果表明,渗层磨损机制以疲劳剥落为主,兼有磨粒磨损。升高温度、增加载荷,磨损率增加。在850℃时,磨损失重随摩擦速度增加而减小;950℃时,则相反,磨损失重随摩擦速度增加而增大。 :The high temperature wear characteristics of boronized layer for 5CrMnMo steel were investigated in this paper.It has been shown that fatigue-spalling is the main wear mechanism,abrasive wear also exist with the increase of temperature and the pressure the wear rate increases.The loss of material for boronized layer decrease as the sliding velocity in creases at 850℃. On the contrary,the loss of material for boronized layer increases as the sliding velocity increases at 950℃.
