摘要
以12/8极电励磁双凸极电机(doubly salient electro-magnetic motor,DSEM)为研究对象,分析其电动运行的工作原理;在对其三相三拍(three-phase three-state,TPTS)控制的研究基础上,提出了三相六拍(three-phase six-state,TPSS)控制策略,并对其控制原理进行了分析。最后,以37 kW、12/8极DSEM为例分别对上述两种控制策略进行了仿真和实验验证。结果表明,与传统的控制方式相比,采用三相六拍控制策略有助于提高电机输出转矩,抑制转矩脉动,使电机具有良好的起动性能。
A 12/8-pole doubly salient electro-magnetic motor (DSEM) has been studied in this paper, and its basic working principle in motoring stage has been analyzed in detail. Based on the research of the three-phase three-state (TPTS) control mode, a novel strategy of the three-phase six-state (TPSS) control and its in-depth analysis are presented. In conclusion, simulations and experiments of the two different strategies are conducted with a 37kW 12/8 DSEM prototype. The simulation and experiment results demonstrate that, compared with traditional control methods, the TPSS control method is helpful to increase the motor output torque, reduce the torque ripple as well as improve the motor, starting performance.
