摘要
在研究中,制备了3.8和5.8nm两种尺寸的PbSe胶质纳米晶,并对PbSe胶质纳米晶温度依赖的光学特性进行了研究。实验数据表明:在室温情况下,随着温度和尺寸的变化,PbSe胶质纳米晶的禁带宽度、发光峰值波长、发光强度及全波半宽度等都会发生改变。在纳米晶尺寸是3.8nm时,PbSe胶质纳米晶的禁带宽度随温度升高产生红移;但是当尺寸是5.8nm时,禁带宽度随温度升高产生蓝移。随温度的升高,PbSe胶质纳米晶的发光强度将下降、全波半宽度会增加。
In the present paper colloidal PbSe nanocrystals were prepared with the particle size of 3.8 and 5.8 nm, and the tem- perature- dependent optical properties of colloidal PbSe nanocrystals were investigated. The experimental data show that the band gap, photoluminescence peak wavelength, photoluminescence intensity and full width at half-maximum of colloidal PbSe nanocrystals will change with variations in temperature and size at room temperature. The band gap of colloidal PbSe nanocrys- tals with the particle size of 3.8 nm shifts towards red when the temperature increases. However, the blue shift occurs when the particle size is 5.8 nm. The photoluminescence intensity of colloidal PbSe nanocrystals drops and the full width at half-maximum will increases with the increase in temperature.
