摘要
针对本企业拥有的大吨位熔炼与铸造机组、挤压机和拉拔机等设备,开发高附加值的舰船用大口径白铜管。通过对铸造、挤压、拉伸及退火等工序的产品进行生产现场跟踪,对工艺参数进行优化,对最终产品进行化学成分、金相组织、氧氮含量、力学性能及断口试验等性能的分析研究。经过对工艺参数的优化调整,最终成功开发生产出Φ219mm×4.5mm BFe10-1-1大口径白铜管,产品性能满足国标及客户要求,并已实现批量化生产。
Large diameter cupronickel tube with high value-added for ship was developed using large-tonnage smelting and casting units, press machine and drawing machine and soon. By tracking the casting, extrusion and stretching and annealing processes of products on site, the process parameters were optimized. The final product chemical composition, microstructure, oxygen nitrogen content, mechanical property and fracture test were analyzed and studied. Through the optimization of process parameter adjustment,Ф219 mm× 4.5 mm BFe10-1 1 large diameter cupronickel tube with the performance met the national standards and customers requirements was successfully developed, and the mass production was achieved finally.
