基于空间句法的城中村更新模式——以深圳市平山村为例 被引量:53

Renewal Pattern of Urban Village by Space Syntax Taking Shenzhen Pingshan Village as Example

摘要 依托空间句法技术,以深圳市平山村作为研究案例,试图从实证角度探索出一条城中村更新的新途径。指出应当破除当前"逢村必拆"的政策迷思,转而倡导一种基于地段特征的区别化更新模式,其中重点更新对象是可达性和可视性较低的区域;实施措施是通过控制引导村民的自建行为来优化城中村空间网络,促使村民自我更新和优化城中村环境。 Taking Shenzhen Pingshan Village as example, this paper tries to explore a new way to renew urban village by Space Syntax. It points out that we should promote distinctive renewal pattern by sectional features instead of the confused thinking of "demolition of every village" The key renewed object is the area with low accessibility and visuality. The implementation measure is to guide villagers to optimize spatial network and environment of urban village by self-renewal construction.
