摘要
本文以南京老城作为调研的空间范围,立足城市滨水空间发展的中观和微观视角,通过建立老城范围内主要滨水空间的开发利用资料数据库,了解南京老城滨水空间的开发利用现状,从中探寻其存在的问题。并试图针对滨水公共性开发利用与私有化开发利用这两种较为典型的开发模式进行深入研究,探讨两种模式对滨水公共空间品质所产生的影响,进而针对南京老城滨水空间开发利用过程中的不足提供了一些改进建议。
Based on Nanjing old city,the thesis sets up database of waterfront development in old city in order to get the hang of the present situation from middle-micro perspective,and then explores the inner problem. Through an in-depth study of two typical waterfront space development modes：public development mode and private development mode,this thesis aims to explore the impacts they have on waterfront spaces and puts forward several suggestions for improvement of waterfront spaces of Nanjing old city.
