摘要
目的探讨电磁微波辐射对SD大鼠外周血白细胞数量、血清免疫球蛋白及TNF-α的影响。方法用电磁脉冲(EMP)、S波段高功率微波(S-HPM)和X波段高功率微波(X-HPM)为辐射源辐射成年雄性SD大鼠,分别于辐射后6 h、3、7、14和28 d取外周血。一部分用全自动血细胞计数仪计数外周血白细胞总数和白细胞分类计数(淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞),一部分离心后取血清,用放免试剂盒检测血清中TNF-α、sIgA和sIgG水平。设假辐射组为对照组。所得数据采用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行one-way ANOVA方差分析的LSD、Dunnett T检验。结果与对照组比较,各实验组外周血白细胞总数、淋巴细胞数量绝对数分别于辐照后6 h和28 d增多,于辐照后3、7、14 d减少,均无统计学差异(P>0.05),中性粒细胞数量在S波段组于辐射后28 d明显增多(P<0.05),各组的嗜酸粒细胞和单核细胞数的变化即无规律也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各实验组血清中TNF-α、sIgA和sIgG水平无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论 EMP、X-HPM、S-HPM 3种电磁辐射虽不能明显影响外周血白细胞总数及其淋巴细胞亚型数量,但是其绝对数于照后早期和晚期增多、中期(3、7、14 d)减少的趋势,并且辐射后晚期中性粒细胞明显增多。对血清中TNF-α、sIgA和sIgG水平无明显影响。
Objective To explore the effects of electromagnetic microwave radiation on the peripheral to- tal and differential leukocyte counts and levels of serum TNF-α, IgA and IgG. Methods One hundred and twenty Adult male SD rats were included in this study. The rats were irradiated with electromagnetic pulses (EMP) , S-band high power microwave (S-HPM) and X-band high power microwave (X-HP) , respectively. Peripheral blood samples were collected, amined with an automatic blood cell count meter, and with radioimmunoassay kit. The control group was not the peripheral total and differential counts were ex- levels of serum TNF-α, IgA and IgG were detected irradiated by microwaves. The data were analyzed by Fisher' s least significant difference and Dunnett t test of one-way ANOVA using SPSS 13.0 software Results Comparing with the control group, the absolute amount of the total leukocytes and their subtypes were increased at 6 and 28 days after irradiation and decreased at 3, 7 and 14 days after irradiation, re- in- creased 14 and 28 days after irradiation (P 〈 0.05). The amounts of eosinophils and monocytes in the groups were neither regularly nor statistically changed (P 〉 0.05 ). There were no significant changes with levels of serum TNF-α, IgA and IgG in the groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Under the conditions used in this study, the three kinds of microwaves (EMP, X-HPM, S-HPM) not significantly affect the count of total peripheral leukocytes and subtypes, but there is an increasing tendency in the early and late stages after irradiation and decreasing tendency in the middle stage ( 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after irradiation). The amount of neutrophils increases in the late stage after irradiation (28 d after radiation). The mechanism for which is not clear yet. The levels of serum TNF-α, IgA and IgG are not significantly affected by the three kinds of microwaves.
