摘要
近年来,工程学、医学、分子生物学的同步发展加快了皮肤科领域新技术的步伐。皮肤科的未来发展包括以下两个方面:(1)非侵袭性的成像技术;(2)以皮肤外观的实时反馈为基础的改进的"破坏性"的医疗设备。这篇文章综述了激光外科的新进展和以能量技术为基础的皮肤科医学的未来。
In recent years, the simultaneous advances made in engineering, medicine and molecular biology have sped up the introduction of new light-based technology in dermatology. In the future, dermatology will welcome the development in two areas: ( 1 ) noninvasive im- aging technology, (2) improved "destructive" modalities based on real-time feedback of skin appearance. This review recent advances in laser surgery while peering into the future of energy-based cutaneous medicine.
