42例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨功能性鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2 0 0 9~2 0 1 1年经我院病理确诊的真菌性鼻窦炎患者4 2例,分析其专科检查、影像学资料、临床表现及鼻内镜手术治疗后的疗效。结果所有患者术后随访1年以上均未见复发,术后病理检查发现真菌及菌丝。结论通畅鼻腔鼻窦引流,彻底清除窦腔内真菌团块,对真菌性鼻窦炎的治疗有重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for nun- invasive fungal rhinosinusitis. Methods Clinical data of 42 patients suffering froln uon-invasive fungal rllinosinusitis confirmed pathologically from 2009 to 2011 was analyzed retrospectively. The analyzed data included endoscopic examination, sinus CT sean, clinical manifestations, and surgical outeun/e. Results Postoperalive palholugieal observations displayed fungi and hyphae in all speeimmls. All the 42 palients were followed up for more than one year postoperatively without recurrence. Conclusions Adequate drainage of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses and complete removal of fimgal masses from sinus cavity are essential for suecessful management of non-invasive fimgal rhinosinusitis.
