纤维桩核联合光固化纳米树脂修复后牙残冠的护理配合 被引量:3

摘要 目的介绍纤维桩核联合光固化纳米树脂修复后牙残冠的临床配合护理。方法对后牙残冠患者97例106颗患牙配合医生进行纤维核桩联合光固化纳米树脂修复后2~4年随访评估临床疗效。结果 106颗患牙在修复随访观察期间5颗发生外冠缺损,1颗发生食物嵌塞,1颗继发踽,2颗继发牙龈炎,所有修复牙未发现根折,纤维桩核脱落,纤维桩折断及慢性根尖周炎等并发症。结论采用纤维桩核联合光光固化纳米树脂修复后牙残冠简单易行,与种植牙相比费用低,而且保留了牙根的本体感受,可减缓牙槽骨吸收,获得良好的近期临床效果,患者对疗效满意程度高。
