摘要
目的:了解村卫生室人力资源现状,为加强村卫生室人才队伍建设提出建议。方法:采取随机抽样的原则,以问卷调查的形式,对济宁市13县、市(区)村卫生室的384名乡村医生的基本情况、职称、执业资质及收入等情况进行调查,数据收集后采用EXCEL和SPSS进行统计分析。结果:村卫生室乡村医生老龄化现象得到改善,性别比趋于合理,但仍存在学历、资质偏低,职称和专业知识结构不合理,收入差距大等问题。结论:村卫生室乡村医生整体素质有待进一步提高。
Objective To explore the status quo of human resources in village clinics,and to put forward suggestions for strengthening the development of its talents. Methods Questionnaire was conducted by random sampling to investigate the basic information, professional title,qualifications and income of 384 village doctors in village clinics of 13 counties of Jining city. The data were analyzed by Excel and SPSS. Results The aging phenomenon was improved among village doctors of village clinics. The sex ratio was more reasonable. But there still existed some problems like lower educational background, inadequate qualification, unreasonable structure of professional titles and knowledge and gap between incomes. Conclusions The overall quality of rural doctors needs to improve in village clinics.
