铥激光与经尿道电切治疗前列腺增生疗效比较的Meta分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较铥激光前列腺切除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法收集已发表的关于铥激光和经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的国内外文献,针对结果采用Revman4.2软件进行综合(Meta)分析。结果共7篇文献符合标准纳入,包括铥激光组445例和经尿道前列腺电切组417例。Meta分析显示:铥激光组手术时间长于经尿道电切组,在术后尿管留置时间上短于经尿道电切组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),铥激光组围术期输血率低于电切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。铥激光组和经尿道电切组在术后国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)和最大尿流率(Qmax)方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铥激光治疗前列腺增生症安全可靠,与经尿道前列腺电切术比较,在术后尿管留置时间等方面有一定优势。 Objective To compare the efficacy of thulium laser resection and transurethral resection of the prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Retrieved published comparative studies thulium laser resection and transurethral resection of the prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia, and pooled the data from eligible studies. The statistical analyzed were performed using Revman 4.2 software. Results Seven trials including 445 were treated with thulium laser resection and 417 with transurethral resection of the prostate. Meta-analysis showed: the operative time was longer in thulium laser group than that of the transurethral electric group; The catheter staying time was shorter in thulium laser group than that of the transurethral electric group (P 〈 0.05); The fewer perioperative transfusion rate in thulium laser group than that of the transurethral electric group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The postoperative international prostate symptom score (I-PSS) and maximum flow rate (Qmax) were not significantly different between the hulium laser group and transurethral electric group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Thulium laser resec- tion of benign prostatic hyperplasia is safe, compare to transurethral resection of the prostate, this surgery has some advantages on catheter staying time et al.
