摘要
目的观察小儿感冒灵灌肠治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法将70例病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组予小儿感冒颗粒口服治疗,观察组予小儿感冒灵中药汤剂灌肠治疗。观察2组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.4%高于对照组的77.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿感冒灵灌汤治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染疗效确切,可促进患儿体温恢复正常水平、缓解临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Children Ganmaoling enema in the treatment of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 70 cases children with viral upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 35 cases. Control group were terated with oral Children Ganmaoling granules, observation group were given Children Ganmaoling decoction enema treatment, compared the chnical efficacy of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group（91.4% ） was higher than that of control group（77.1% ） ,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Children Ganmaoling enemd in the treatment of viral upper respirato- ry tract infection is significant, can promote body temperature returned to normal levels and relieve clinical symptoms.
