摘要
质量管理在企业中占有很重要的地位，严格地控制进料质量验收工作、强化质量验收对降低采购费用、降低生产成本，保证产品提升均有非常重要的作用。企业应通过不断提高质量验收管理水平；不断持续的进行流程优化，达到保证生产供应，提高原料的品质，节约物流成本，同时降低库存资金的作用，将为企业创造良好的经济效益。为完善质量验收和过程管理控制，本文对外购物资验收和作业流程改进措施进行了分析与阐述。
Quality management plays an important role in the enterprise, strictly controlling the quality acceptance of the feed and strengthening the quality acceptance, it will have a very important role to reduce procurement costs, reduce production costs and ensure product enhancement. Enterprises should continuously improve the level of quality acceptance management, continuing carry on process optimization, will guarantee production and supply, improve the quality of raw materials,reduce logistics cost, while reducing the capital stock for enterprises to create a good economic benefits.
