摘要
本文通过调研某军区医院医疗合作项目管理现状,指出军队医院在医疗合作项目管理上存在的主要问题,针对性地提出相关对策,探讨适合军队医院实际的医疗合作项目管理方法。
The current situations were investigated of the medical cooperation item management in a region- al military hospitals, and the author analyzed the existing problems, and proposed the countermeasures and the methods suitable for medical cooperation item management in military hospitals.
