摘要
轴瓦材料的特殊性使弹性金属塑料瓦 (EMP )径向滑动轴承的热弹变形远大于普通金属瓦轴承 ,本文着重分析其弹性变形对轴承润滑特性的影响。并对采用三维有限元法和Winkler假设方法计算得出的轴瓦弹性变形进行了比较。给出了EMP径向滑动轴承弹性变形分析研究的一个实例 ,对其润滑特性进行了初步分析。
