高渗盐水联合硫酸镁雾化吸入治疗呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨雾化吸入4%高渗盐水硫酸镁治疗呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的有效性和安全性。方法采取随机对照方法,将114例呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿随机分成治疗组(64例)和对照组(50例),在常规综合治疗的基础上治疗组加用4%高渗盐水3mL+25%硫酸镁30mg/kg空气压缩泵雾化吸入,比较两组咳嗽、喘息、肺部罗音消失时间及住院时间,计算治疗成本。结果治疗组与对照组在咳嗽、喘息、肺部喘鸣音消失时间、住院时间等方面缩短(P<0.05),且无不良反应。结论雾化吸入高渗盐水硫酸镁治疗呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎疗效确切,方便、安全。 Objective To investigate the treatment effects of nebulized hypertonic saline combined with magnesium sulphate on the respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia.Methods One hundred and fourteen cases of respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia children were randomly divided into the treatment group(64 cases) and the control group(50 cases).The routine comprehensive treatment was carried out in both groups while in the treatment group,inhalation of 3.0 mL hypertonic(4%) saline combined with magnesium sulphate(30 mg/kg) was also used in the treatment.Patients in each group received 3 treatments every day,delivered at intervals of 8 hours until discharge.Cough,wheezing,pulmonary physical signs,and the length of hospital stay were recorded and compared.Results The two groups of patients were cured and discharged from the hospital.Compared with the control group,the curative effect was increased and the length of hospital stay was decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation of hypertonic saline solution and magnesium sulphate is a safe and effective therapy to patients with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia.
