摘要
完善医患沟通是缓解紧张医患关系关键之举。然而,实现有效医患沟通不仅有赖于医患双方努力,更需要适宜的环境。据此,结合政策管理、社会舆论、医务人员、患者等层面存在的医患沟通阻碍因素分析,以强化医疗服务公平性来减轻医务人员工作负荷,以摒弃经济指标至上的考核制度来加强医务人员职业道德,以严格新闻纪律来正确引导媒体对医疗服务业的舆论监督,以加强医务人员人文素质培养来提高医患沟通能力,以正确疏导患者不良心理来避免医患冲突。
Doctor-patient communication is the key factor on building good doctor patient relationship. However, effective doctor-patient communication depends not only on how much effort both of them make, but also on the appropriate circumstances. Based on the analysis of obstacles factors of doctor patient communication in aspects of policy and management, social opinion, medical staff, patients, countermeasures such as strengthening medical service equity to reduce medical staff's workload, discarding economic benefit centered assessment system to strong medical staff's professional moral, regulating news discipline to correct guide media's public opinion, enhancing medical staff's humanistic quality to promote the ability of doctor patient communication, correct intervention patient's adverse mental to avoid doctor patient conflict are proposed.
