摘要
北京大学人民医院自2009年起在医务社会工作方面进行了积极的探索与实践。介绍了其在医院志愿者管理、社区工作、团体工作、行政工作和个案工作等医务社会工作等方面的经验,从医务社会工作的理论先于实践、缺乏专业医务社会工作人才教育与培养、缺乏对医务社会工作的宣传与认识、缺乏医务社会工作相关的法律法规和保障等方面提出了医务社会工作的问题与挑战。
In 2009. Peking University People＇s Hospital began the medical social work exploration and practice. This paper introduces the experionce in the management of hospital volunteers, community work, group work, administrative work and casework as well as challenges and problems. The challenges and problems can describe as lack of professional education and training for medical social staffs, lack of generalization and thoughts on medical social work and lark of legal norm and security.
