摘要
教师团队建设作为实现教师合作的一种重要形式,已经引起教师教育界的广泛关注。基于对该校英语教师团队建设成效的分析,从教学团队和专业学习共同体(PLC)相结合的角度来探讨团队的有效运行机制,为高校大学英语教师团队的发展提供了有益的经验和新的研究思路。
Much attention has been paid to the teacher team construction as an important form of teacher cooperation in the teacher education. The study explores the effective operating mechanism from the perspective of the alignment of the teacher team with PLC and analyzes the factors that promote teachers' professional development, which also provides guidance and new research directions for teacher team construction.
