摘要
如何有效地利用CET对教学的正向反拨作用,克服或减少其负向反拨作用一直是外语教学工作者和CET命题者致力研究的课题。IBT-CET的推行,要求将在大学英语教学特别是阅读教学无论是教材还是上课模式都将进行实质性的变革,教学目标需要重新定位。大学英语阅读教学应该从传统的语法翻译教学法逐渐向交际教学法转型以适应目前教学改革与大学英语四六级考试改革的新形势,否则教学和新的测试形式必然会产生冲突。在语言教学和语言测试两者的关系中,教学无疑是第一性的,测试是为教学服务的。然而测试对教学常常有着极大的影响,测试积极的反拨作用能够推动有力教学发展。因此,IBT-CET对大学英语阅读教学必将产生更大的积极反拨作用。
Foreign language teachers have been devoted to the study about how to effectively use the CET positive washback effect on Teaching and how to overcome or reduce the negative washback effect dealing with CET proposition subject. The implementation of IBT--CET sets Requirements in the university English teaching especially for reading teaching to make substantial changes in both textbooks and class mode. Thus teaching objectives need to reposition. The traditional grammar --translation teaching method should gradually change to the communicative teaching approach in order to adapt to the new situation of transformation of current teaching reform and CET reform, otherwise testing form and teaching contents will inevitably get into conflicts. In the relationship between language teaching and language testing, teaching is undoubtedly prior to the test which serves for teaching. But the test often has a great effect on teaching: testing's positive washback effect can promote the development of effective teaching. Therefore, it is important to study the positive washback effect of IBT-- CET on English reading teaching.
